We produce our oil only from typical olives of our territory and certify our product with the Tuscan origin 'Colline della Lunigiana'. This oil has a fresh and intense flavor, enhanced by a good herbaceous hints and sensations of fresh cut grass and artichoke, obtained from olives crushed within 12 hours of harvesting. Excellent herbaceous accompanied by a pleasant almond aroma. To the tasting, are perceived sensations of spicy and bitter pleasing, well balanced that reflect the cultivars 'Moraiolo', 'Leccino', 'Frantoio' and 'Razzola'.
