This particular olive tree has a singular bearing and a very showy and twisted trunk. This cultivar is typical of some municipalities in the province of Teramo and it seems to be unique, because it has not been found in any other area of Italy. We produce our oil only from typical olives of our territory and certify our product with the Tuscan origin 'Colline della Lunigiana'. This oil has a fresh and intense flavor, enhanced by a good herbaceous hints and sensations of fresh cut grass and artichoke, obtained from olives crushed within 12 hours of harvesting.
