A great passion and the desire to produce wines of the highest quality following the complete production cycle (from the care of the vineyard to the packaging of the finished product), led Paolo Berutti to create HIS Farm. It is tailor-made farm, ideal to be managed in person. Each bottle is personally managed by Paolo throughout the winemaking process, integrating passion, craftsmanship and biotechnology.

The history of the company is over fifty years and is handed down from father to son. Paolo, after graduating in oenology, was trained in the profession of oenologist at a large company producing wines in Canelli and, over time has managed to combine skills, passion, experience, research and quality giving rise to wines of high organoleptic qualities, colors, scents and flavors.
