Egg pasta

We have selected different types of strictly artisanal egg pasta, drawn to bronze with slow drying and low temperature. The main ingredient, durum wheat semolina, is obtained from the processing of exclusively Italian wheat. An exclusive novelty is the pasta with the addition of a percentage of stone-ground corn flour with a special and characteristic taste. Discover also pasta specialties with porcini mushrooms or with 'Taggiasca' olives.
