Monitored Supply Chain

Supply chain must be short-cut and also continuously monitored. What does it mean?

It means that we must apply the principles underlying the supply chain:

  • food safety: all our Partners follow a HACCP self-monitoring plan, that allows them to assess hazards, estimate risks and establish control measures in order to prevent the onset of hygienic-sanitary problems.
  • traceability: this process allows the consumer to recap the product history through the information traced by individual suppliers along the entire production chain, i.e. "from the field to the table".

For us, this is a fundamental value, which we respect with a constantly updated HACCP self-monitoring plan.
