Azienda Agricola San Maurizio High Quality Milk The Azienda Agricola San Maurizio is settled in one of the most unspoilt and beautiful Cinese valleys, the Maira Valley. This company has been engaged for years in the production of High Quality Milk and dairy products, respecting tradition and quality. In fact, on the farm Frisona breed cows are bred in an ideal climate condition and optimal environment, suitable to produce milk with high quality standards. The feeding of the cattles, with the daily feed preparation, is particularly and personally taken care of. The animals safety and health are controlled in person by the owner Bianco Giancarlo, who is also Doctor in Veterinary medicine. He is the first to commit Himself, in order to provide animals with controlled, comfortable and clean environments.

Sweet caciotta made with High Quality raw milk from our farms. It has a yellow straw color rind, a sweet paste and a minimum aging of 40 days, much appreciated by children.
