In the medieval village of San Marco dei Cavoti, founded in 1300 by settlers who came from Provence, the Fiorelli family selects, since 1988, fine raw materials to create high quality products with a refined taste, branded "La Provenzale", always respecting the most ancient recipes and the craftsmanship of the processing. The internal dough of our crunchies is spread by hand with a rolling pin, as it was done a hundred years ago. In the processing we exclude any type of preservative and our recipes are not only the result of tradition but also of personal tastes.

We guarantee our product freshness, thanks to small production batches and rely only express Couriers for shipments. Our references can be found only in specialized shops, wine shops, restaurants, 4/5 star hotels and business class of different international airlines.
