Stories of flour and fire When we speak about Pascal Barbato we mean a world coming from the... flour. Always with his hands in the dough, he has added over the years his heart, intelligence and history, giving life bakery products with a sublime flavor. Defined by someone as the "poet of pastry" and by others simply "Dal", he always worked as a baker, but in the meanwhile he graduated in Letters and became passionate about communication, creating his company with flour as cement for his personal empowerment. He works at night, in the silence of the city, while people are sleeping. He repeats endlessly his ancient gestures, giving life to that bread, those desserts and biscuits that will accompany your days, on your tables, in the warmth of your families.

"Pollicini" are made with a traditional dough of Apulian flour enriched with wheat germ, Bombino wine, a white vine among the oldest and most widespread of the South, and extra virgin olive oil of pure Peranzana olives, and, in this case, with an addition of chocolate and chili pepper.
