How to use: Bring it to room temperature at least an hour before, slice it by hand and enjoy it naturally or with a slice of homemade bread. 

Storage: Once removed from its package, keep it in the refrigerator wrapped in a damp cloth or in plastic paper to mantain the casing soft.
