The founder Alessandro Pugliese decided to found his company Monteporo with the aim of processing and marketing dairy products derived from the raw materials of farmers of Poro. This tradition will be carried on by his son Giuseppe with the establishment of the "Salumificio Latteria Monteporo S.r.l.", in which he will expand the range of cured meats, fresh and aged cheeses, coming from the territory. He wants to stand out and does it with mastery using local raw materials processed in a laboratory that uses 100% renewable energy sources.

Thanks to its product range, we can taste the Nduja that, in the case of Salumificio Latteria Monteporo, is the result of controlled meat choice and appropriate ingredients up to the perfect seasoning in compliance with the strictest hygiene rules that guarantee the naturalness and uniqueness of the taste.
