Latteria Perenzin Dairymen for 5 generations We've been making cheese for 5 generations. Our products perfectly express the various types of milk we process in the dairy: goat, cow and buffalo. Our milk comes from farms in Veneto and in the Belluno Dolomites National Park. For over 20 years, we have been using only the highest quality milk to produce our organic goat cheese. We have always produced cheese in a artisanal way, starting each morning from fresh milk from the Dolomites, coming to all operations with our dairy, beyond technology. After processing, cheese is matured on wooden planks in our warehouse, checked and turned daily by our operators, up to the packaging and labelling, also made by hand to obtain a 100% handmade product. |
