The hills of Gattinara are among the most beautiful in Italy: the vineyards are difficult to work and the almost entirely manual cultivation give an additional value to this fantastic wine whose main characteristic derives from the volcanic composition of the soil.

2004 was one of the most complex year with plenty of precipitation, which has imposed particular attention in the vineyard, bringing to light an intriguing and award-winning wine.

The hills of Gattinara cover very few hectares and are among the most evocative in Italy with small historic vineyards set on steep hills.

The vineyards are difficult to work and the almost entirely manual cultivation give an additional value to this fantastic wine. In addition to this, however, the main feature that makes Gattinara unique is the composition of volcanic soil.

The color is ruby red with orange reflections, the scent is reminiscent of purple and the palate is dry and with a bitter bottom.

Nebbiolo is a grape that particularly loves these characteristics, this gives the wine a certain austerity, vigorous tannins, but at the same time a great character and complexity.

Ghemme 2001 is an important example of an unusual vintage that however retains all the character of a great wine. On the nose has persistent notes of leather and tobacco while on the palate is soft and enveloping with a certain dose of flavor and a nice note of acidity.

This Ghemme brings back in the field of "vintage" characteristics: it is a wine that has been resting for more than twenty years, ideal for those looking for special tastes and is not satisfied to drink a classic full-bodied wine.

Ghemme 2005 is a vintage wine that follows and highlights what was announced in 2004: important structure and aromas that evolve and grow continuously. 

On the nose, it has spicy hints supported by a slight vanilla that does not dominate the aromas of Nebbiolo.

In the mouth pervades a sense of balance as only a Nebbiolo of Alto Piemonte can express.

The year 2005 won several awards: 2 Gambero Rosso glasses, l'Espresso - Vini d'Italia 3 Bottiglie, Guida Oro - Veronelli 2 stelle rosse, Touring Club 3 stelle rosse

The Ghemme Riserva Pelizzane is a fantastic CRU, grown on a hectare of excellence! This portion of the vineyard has the best exposure of the entire vineyard but, in addition, the grapes are thinned, harvested, vinified and aged separately.

Exposure to the west and the clay soil give the Ghemme a unique complexity and elegance,  characteristics that reflect the level of experience in winemaking of Torraccia del Piantavigna.

The color is a ruby with orange reflections, the nose stands out the violet with hints of licorice and the palate is full-bodied with soft tannins.

An elegant and complex wine whose grapes, for Vigna Pelizzane, derive from the most prestigious hectare of the estate.

Treated separately from the beginning of the season: with particular attention, very few bunches per plant, a strictly manual harvest and exclusive vinification and aging allow to create a cru of excellence.

The vintage wine 2011 has in fact obtained the highest prizes from all the guides, you could not present better.

The color is a ruby red. On the nose is intense and fine with hints of violet and licorice. On the palate is dry and full-bodied, soft with tannins of great workmanship. Long and satisfying finish.

The Ghemme DOCG is grown in an area with just over 60 hectares of vineyards of great value. The position of the vineyards, the great temperature variations due to the influence of Monte Rosa give this grape an elegant and complex aromatic variability.

Ghemme is a ruby red wine with hints of orange. On the nose is intense and fine with hints of violet and licorice. In the mouth has a full taste, rich, unique also thanks to the clay soil and the exposure to the West of the hills.

Its character remains very well fascinating even after many years.

A fresh and elegant Prosecco Superiore DOCG, with a fruity aroma, heroically produced in the "greme", our inaccessible and difficult hills. A prosecco with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, fresh and elegant with hints of apple, acacia, pear and rose, with a harmonious and delicate taste, sapid and slightly aromatic.

Sparkling wine with the traditional crown cap, refermented in the bottle, produced with 100% Glera grapes. The authentic flavor of our territory. A straw yellow wine, slightly veiled by the presence of the bottom, with a fine perlage, elegant and continuous, with deep and elegant hints of ripe fruit and bread crust with a pleasantly almond finish.

A sparkling wine refermented in bottle, controlled and guaranteed by the Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG brand, straw yellow in color, slightly veiled for the presence of the bottom, with a fine perlage, elegant and continuous, with deep and elegant hints of ripe fruit and bread crust, fresh and round taste.

Refine and elegant taste, it combines the characteristics of mature sparkling wine with hints of yeast and bread crust, with fresh and pleasant fruity flavors ranging from vanilla, acacia honey to dried fruit. A delicate dosage of syrup harmonizes the sensations of softness and acidity, giving in more unique and elegant aromas. All harmoniously blended in a pleasant effervescence of a fine and persistent perlage.

Dry sparkling wine produced with Pinot Blanc grapes, with a fresh and fruity taste, straw-yellow in colour with subtle and persistent pearls. Bouquet with a typical bread crust taste. On the palate is elegant with a strong character and a balanced acidity.
