Refine and elegant taste, it combines the characteristics of mature sparkling wine with hints of yeast and bread crust, with fresh and pleasant fruity flavors ranging from vanilla, acacia honey to dried fruit. We took our best Carnaroli rice and smoked it with cherry wood for 14 hours, to obtain a product with soft woody notes, intense smell pleasantly delicate to the palate.
