The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is a dark and clear bittersweet product. It is obtained by blending cooked musts of some local grape varieties with a small addition of an excellent Wine Vinegar. This fine product is then aged in ancient oak barrels. Its scent is strong but at the same time harmonious, persistent, delicate and fresh, with a pleasant acetic note.
Raw sausage, prepared with noble cuts of pork, flavored with spices and aromatic herbs according to our ancient recipe. Stuffed into natural casing and seasoned slowly, to obtain a product that is soft to the touch and pleasant to the palate.

The quality of this oil is guaranteed by very strict monitoring carried out during the whole production process, and by checks on the organoleptic characteristics of the oil made before bottling. We certify all our products with 100% Italian origin. The Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Orogiallo" is obtained from the extraction by a Continuous Centrifugal System with 2 and a half phases and the cold extraction is carried out through the electronic temperature control.

An intense ruby red wine, with violet reflections. Fresh and fragrant aromas of strawberry, cherry and red fruits. In the mouth it is pleasant, soft and the presence of tannins is sweet and lively.
A dark garnet red wine, full-bodied. On the olfactory analysis this wine is very elegant and pleasing, has a warm nose, toasted with hints dominated by aromas of leather, barley, coffee, strawberry jam. In the mouth it is soft and warm, thanks to sweet tannins.
We took our best Carnaroli rice and smoked it with cherry wood for 14 hours, to obtain a product with soft woody notes, intense smell pleasantly delicate to the palate.
